Who we are

SAFE4ALL Training ("we", "us") provides classroom-based security, first aid and safety training. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect and why

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our licence-linked courses have a minimum age requirement of 18.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver our service:

• Awarding and regulatory bodies — where a qualification must be registered, certificated or verified (for example the SIA or your course's awarding organisation).
• Supabase — our database and hosting provider, which stores booking, enquiry and mailing list records on our behalf.
• Google Fonts — our pages load typefaces from Google's servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when you view the site.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are required to disclose information by law.

Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards set out in UK data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It does use your browser's local storage to keep the site working — for example to remember content shown on the page and to hold form data between steps. This information stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us for tracking purposes.

If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Ask us to delete your data, where we have no overriding reason to keep it
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data
• Ask us to transfer your data to another provider
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our basis for using your data

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
