SAFE4ALL Training, Office 12, Woodfield Business Centre, Carr Hill, Doncaster, South Yorkshire DN4 8DE. Centre number 91947. You can reach us on 01302 276 124 or at info@safe4all.co.uk.
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and you have paid the deposit or the full course fee, whichever we have agreed. Places on classroom courses are limited and are allocated in the order bookings are confirmed.
Course fees, dates and locations shown on this website are correct at the time of publication but may change. We will always confirm the final fee and date on your invoice.
Payment is due by the date shown on your invoice. We reserve the right to charge a £25.00 late payment charge, plus interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, on overdue amounts.
Please read this section carefully — it affects what you owe if you cancel.
Any deposit paid secures your booking. The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another booking if required, at our discretion.
Non-attendance without notice is treated as a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice.
Occasionally we may need to cancel or move a course — for example if minimum numbers are not met, or an instructor is unavailable. If that happens we will offer you a place on the next available date or a full refund of what you have paid for that course. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur.
If you are booking as a consumer rather than on behalf of a business, you normally have 14 days from making the booking to cancel and receive a refund. If you ask us to start the course within that 14-day period and it then takes place, you may lose that right or be charged for the service already provided.
Some courses carry entry requirements — for example a minimum age of 18 for licence-linked SIA qualifications, an acceptable form of identification, or a required standard of English. It is your responsibility to check that you meet the requirements before booking. We cannot refund a booking where you are unable to take part because a requirement was not met.
You must attend all required sessions. Where a course involves physical activity, you are responsible for telling us in advance about any medical condition or injury that may affect your participation.
Qualifications are awarded by the relevant awarding organisation, not by SAFE4ALL. Paying for and attending a course does not guarantee that you will pass. Where resits are included, the number included is stated on the course details.
Certificates are issued once the awarding body has processed your result. Timescales are set by the awarding body and are outside our control.
We may remove you from a course without refund if your behaviour puts the safety of others at risk, disrupts the training, or breaches the rules of the training venue.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that course, and we are not liable for loss of earnings, loss of opportunity or other indirect losses.
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when your booking was confirmed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
